Separation Anxiety is not about a stopwatch - it is about safety.

We’ve all heard the same advice a hundred times. Pick up your keys until it means nothing. Open and close the door over and over until it’s boring. Add ten seconds, then twenty, then thirty to the time you’re gone.

It sounds tidy. But it doesn’t work. Not reliably. Not deeply. And certainly not for every dog and family.

That’s why we’re so excited about what’s coming on Saturday 25 October. We’re hosting a free live Masterclass called Separation Anxiety Unpacked with the brilliant Stephie Guy, and you’re invited.

Stephie will share why separation struggles are never really about the minutes on a clock. She’ll dig into what’s going on underneath and how changing the way we see those layers can transform the way we work. It’s a fresh, whole-dog approach built on years of experience and rooted in ACE principles.

If you want to support families with more clarity and compassion, this is the place to start.

This is what you'll learn in the Masterclass...

1

Why Separation Anxiety is an Iceberg and how to identify what is going on beneath the surface.

2

How the Readiness Web changes everything so you don't have to try to climb a ladder of timed increments to make progress.

3

How the SAfe Framework gives you a new way to work with Separation Anxiety freeing you and your clients from the frustrations of traditional approaches.

About Stephie Guy

Stephie is a Separation Anxiety & Sensitive Dog Specialist, ACE Associate Tutor, and trauma-informed pet professional. She began this work in 2016, inspired by her foster puppy Minty, whose struggles with being alone led her to look beyond traditional approaches and into gentler, more supportive ways of helping dogs and their families.

Since then, she's founded the SAfe approach - Support, Awareness, Facilitation, Exploration - and dedicated her work to reducing pressure, deepening trust, and helping families move forward, even when standard methods have failed.

Stephie brings calm, friendliness, and genuine listening into every interaction. She is non-judgemental, helpful, and takes the time to dissect problems in a way that feels supportive and easy to understand.

She sees her role as not to impose the routines of the last twenty years of dog training, but to look with different eyes, to notice the small details that others might miss, and to show both families and Pros new, kinder ways of rebuilding safety and connection with their dogs.

We are delighted to host Stephie for this game-changing Masterclass.
