Getting it right for clients

When it comes to supporting clients as they tackle their dog's reactivity, it's vital we convey the right amount of information in an easy to understand format. Too much and we risk overwhelming them... Too little and they won't have the skills they need...

Couple that with the fact that people have different learning styles which affect how well they retain information and we have a perfect storm for confusion and frustration.
